When you're stumped on conversation, ask her specific questions about herself. Even if you really aren't interested, everyone likes talking about themselves ad she will like you better for taking an interest in her.
Examples. Ask about her family, siblings, what they do, how old they are, where she grew up, schools she went to, pets she's had.
Compliment her dress, shoes, ask where she got them, where she likes to shop. Ask about her plans for her future, what kinds of jobs she's had. become interested in her interests.
Think of what you know about her already and try to think of things to elaborate on. Like, say she likes swimming, ask her how long she's been swimming, what got her into it? Has she ever competed? Where does she swim and how often? Chances are, you will only need to bring up a couple topics before you start a conversation that leads to another and another.

Just ask about her, find out where she's from originally, if she's lived anywhere else. Basically just treat her like you'd treat a friend :)
