Anyone have any tips to rid of dating green eyed monster jealousy?

I dont have a girlfriend and have been seeking one for 3 years and no luck. I am feeling depressed when i think about having a date and am very jealous in public when i see kissing and hugging action.


I have become very angry at my cousin who is 18 and i'm 21 with no girlfriend. I don't mean to do this but it makes me jealous.Anyone have any tips to rid of dating green eyed monster jealousy?
